General
- Skip link: The site is missing a “Skip to main content” link, which would allow users to bypass repetitive navigation links.

Planned Improvements
We are actively working to address these issues. Our next steps include:
- Adding a “Skip to main content” link at the top of each page.
- Reviewing and simplifying all alternative texts.
- Adding missing alternative texts on the Careers page.
